A Note for Our Guests

We will be hosting a pre-ceremony cocktail hour beginning at 3:00 PM in the Brendonwood Mall. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, and we kindly ask that all guests be seated by 3:45 PM. Please plan to arrive early!

From E. 56th Street:

The main entrance to Brendonwood (The Mall) will be CLOSED beginning at 3:15 PM and for the duration of the wedding ceremony. The Mall entrance will reopen upon the conclusion of the ceremony.

For In-Town Guests:

Preferred mode of transportation is a rideshare service such as Uber. No cars will be allowed access by way of The Mall entrance from 3:15 PM. Guests will instead be directed to enter through either of the Lawrence Drive entrances to Brendonwood, where private vehicles and rideshare drop-offs are welcome.

Parking will be available along Lawrence Drive. We respectfully ask that all guests be mindful of leaving ample space for private residences to access their driveways and maintain two-way traffic flow.

Kindly avoid parking on Old Orchard Road and High Fall Road, as these will be well-traveled by pedestrians walking from the ceremony to the reception. Braewick Road, lining the Brendonwood Golf Course, will be blocked for the duration of the reception between Braewick and High Fall Road and surrounding Brendonwood Common Area.

For Out-of-Town Guests staying at Hotel Carmichael, Tallison, or Element:

Transportation is being provided with a hard departure at 3:00 PM from The Hotel Carmichael, The Tallison, and Element Hotels. Transportation will also be provided back to these hotels at the close of the evening.

Getting from the Ceremony to the Reception:

Following the ceremony, guests will be guided to walk from The Mall down Old Orchard Road, approximately three blocks, to the Wedding Reception and Celebration at the Common House and Tennis Court! Shuttles and golf cart rides will also be available for those who prefer a lift. And for our ladies planning to wear heels -- we will have flip flops available so you can walk in comfort and slip your heels back on when you arrive!
